Experience: Rose
Holland President of and launching Bravolight in 2009,
along with publishing a local artist’s work at David O’Keefe
Studios ( www.davidokeefe.com ), she
has had a very successful career at multi-tasking many
projects. She spent over 25 years at The Tampa Tribune
ending her tenure in the National/Major Accounts Division as
a Sales Executive. Handling over 30+ accounts and responsible
for over $10MM in annual revenues from some of the
leading retailers like Publix, Home Depot, Target,
Lowes and Walgreens. Accomplishments included, but
weren’t limited to:

Holland

Experience:
Through early 2008, Scott spent over 15 years in
commercial & personal banking business providing
financing solutions for all types of sales, service &
manufacturing businesses and individual clients. In the
early 1990’s he spent several years gaining training
& experience in the insurance & mortgage broker
industries. Attending the University of South Florida in 1986 in Tampa – Scott received a B.S. degree in
Business Administration Finance in 1989. Prior to
that. He assisted his father and five others in
starting International Laser Machines, Inc. in 1982
in Indianapolis, Indiana. We sold the company
to CincinnatiMilacron for $25MM in July
1986.
Areas of study&
interest: alternative
power for vehicles from hydrogen from water for hybrid
applications. Green energy sources & power conservation
and cost-effective alternatives that enhance businesses
& personal lives. I enjoy spending time with family,
reading non-fiction material, classic Mustang cars,
utilizing the internet and being open to learning new
things.

Professional
Experience: Bob
Holland has several years of experience in owning and
managing various laser systems businesses. He has a track
record of proven expertise in the high energy density
electron beam and laser systems business. This includes all
forms of high production automated equipment as well as
special purpose aerospace fabrication systems. Bob has also
been responsible for expanding the higher volume standard
laser marking and drilling systems business components of
the companies he has been involved with.
Bob has held senior management positions
for several very successful laser systems manufacturers and
has been responsible for their growth and profitability. He
has several patent accreditations and has been involved with
the sophisticated LED pumping of fiber lasers and their
integration into production equipment.
Areas of study&
interest: Interests
include the technologies that promote more efficient
devices, equipment, and manufacturing systems. i.e. the
fiber laser is a 60% efficient device that replaced the
Nd:YAG laser that was a 3% efficient devise. The LED
Lighting Systems and Devises have shown that they are 10
times more efficient than incandescent lamps with 100
times the longevity. The LED Lighting Industry is well
suited to meet the needs of the future.
